Terms of Service
last_updated: 2026-09-26These Terms govern your use of the Argus Discord bot ("Argus", "the Bot"). By adding Argus to a Discord server, you agree to these Terms.
01 Description of Service
Argus logs member presence (online status, activity), voice channel activity, member joins/leaves, nickname/avatar changes, message edits/deletes, and related events to channels configured by server administrators. It also provides a web dashboard for server administrators to manage these settings.
02 Acceptable Use
You may not use Argus to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, to harass or stalk users, or to collect data on users without the knowledge of the server they are joining. Server administrators are responsible for configuring Argus in compliance with applicable law and their own community rules.
03 No Warranty
Argus is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of logged data, or fitness for any particular purpose.
04 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of Argus is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot, including data loss or misuse of logged information by a server's administrators.
05 Changes to the Bot or Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Argus, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
06 Termination
We may remove Argus's access to any server, or restrict functionality, at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.
